CATL Joins Hands with JA Solar to Facilitate Achievement of Global Carbon Neutrality Goals
Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL) and JA Solar Technology Co., Ltd. (JA Solar) signed a strategic cooperation agreement during the SNEC PV POWER EXPO in Shanghai on May 24.
CATL and JA Solar have laid a good foundation and have broad prospects for cooperation. In order to give full play to their respective advantages and enhance industrial synergy, the two parties have established a comprehensive strategic partnership based on the tenet of “mutual complementarity, mutual benefit, and mutual facilitation".
According to the Agreement, the two parties will continue to deepen cooperation in scientific research and innovation, collaborative market development, and solar-storage DC coupling, and work together to accelerate the global energy transition and the realization of the global carbon neutrality goals.
